To support agency-related out-of-state travel, we have company E-ZPasses available for team use.
To make this as easy as possible, passes can be picked up and returned at either location:
- 440 Chase River Rd – see Lisa or Sam
- 35 Elm Street – see Gladys
If you plan to pick up a pass at 35 Elm Street, please email Gladys, Lisa, and me in advance with the following details so we can ensure the correct pass is assigned to your vehicle in the E-ZPass system:
Program and Individuals name
- Travel destination
- Vehicle number and license plate (required)
- Travel dates
Expected date you will return the pass
If you are picking up from 440 Chase River, Lisa or Sam will gather this information from you directly.
